How to enjoy Kobe Wagyu Beef, FAMU Style!!
1. Cook your steak with light seasoning of salt and pepper, try to get medium to medium well and even crust
2. Don't forget to let your steak rest for at least 5 minutes, before slicing
3. Enjoy the original rich beefy Wagyu taste, and melt in your mouth experience. If you have, we recommend to enjoy Wagyu with grilled or fried garlic.
4. Dip your steak to Awaji Moshio salt, and give a taste! Umami bomb!!
5. Dip your steak to FAMU Ponzu sauce, and give a taste! Fresh citrus will cleanse your mouth
6. Last for who dare for a challenge, give a pinch of Yuzu Kosho! Explode!!!
7. Start again from original Wagyu taste, and so on. Eating Wagyu never been better!
